Do you offer custom work?
Yes, there is currently a 4 month wait list for custom orders. Please email us with your custom request and once approved, you will be added to the wait list.
How do I know my size?
See our size chart here. If you are unsure about what size is best for you, feel free to email us at info@wyatthousedesignco.com and we will be glad to help you!
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
It takes about 1-2 weeks to cut and sew your order, depending on how busy we are. Once your order is ready, it will be packaged and shipped, which usually takes 1-9 days within Canada depending on your location. If you are located in Ottawa, you can also select local pickup at checkout and we will notify you as soon as your order is sewn and ready to be picked up.
Where do you get your fabrics?
We source our fabrics from thrift stores, estate sales, and second hand clothing shops such as FabCycle, Our Social Fabric, and EcoEquitable. We also deconstruct second hand clothing and repurpose the fabric. We collect and curate quality textiles and prevent them from ending up in landfill. We also receive some local donations of second hand fabrics.
What if I need to return something?
If you are not satisfied with your order, we happily accept returns or exchanges. Please read the return policy for details.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Our shipping rates are calculated at checkout and are based on your location and the weight of you order. View our shipping policy here.
